How not to Catch a Cold

On average, in any year’s time I get sick with a cold about 7 times a year. Oddly, I have not been sick in a couple of months and I am speculating that it is a result of the following:
I am undergoing imunnology. That is another term for allergy shots. I get injected with things I’m allergic to and over time my body builds up immunity to the allergens.
Also made some lifestyle changes. For starters, I began drinking 16 ounces of Ito En brand green tea every morning. I buy the big jugs of the stuff from the Japanese grocery store, and pour 16 ounces into my camelback bottle to take to work. Next, I take one multivitamin a day (I take Men’s “One Daily” from vitamin shoppe). The other thing is, I stopped drinking cow’s milk. Notice, I still eat dairy, such as yogurt and low fat cheese. I just don’t use cow’s milk in my protein shakes, or in my cereal. I have replaced it with plain flavored soy milk. Next, I drink 85 ounces of water a day. I run to the urinal repeatedly, but I am constantly in flush mode.
Needless to say, I will not be changing anything in my routine as long as the colds stay away!
